My job is a dancer, but ever time I have a chance to go out with my boyfriend they call me and tell me they need me in there. so is my job interferring with my love life.

Yes, it is hurting the relationship... Do you get paid overtime for working beyond what you're scheduled for? I know it's hard to turn OT down, but you have to learn to take time off. Soon, he'll realize that your job is more important than him, and the relationship will end. Only you can make this decision. While you're young, work hard to bank money, but don't work too hard that you forget to have fun and live. Don't let your work rule your life.

Sounds like it is. You have to stop answering the telephone. Do like I do and give your cell phone number to them and if they call tell them you went out and left your cell phone at home and by the time you got in and got their message, it was too late.
