If you are hurting then he should understand that and give you a little space and time to stop hurting. Most guys are hromy all the time but they should also be understanding if thier woman is in pain and cannot have sex with them. So, if you are hurting just explain it to him and he should understand. If he does not understand or is an @ss about it then thats his problem and not yours hun. Hope this helps you in some way.

If you can stand it...yes. I'm in the same boat with my girlfriend. He should learn to masturbate looking at you. It works for both of you. He gets off watching and touching you and I would think that he was getting excited and aroused just looking at you.
Another thing is to let him know when it STARTS to hurt. That way, he can finish fast or look for other alternatives. In this case you don't get sore as much and that means more instances where the two of you can make love/have sex.

You do realize that you are making all guys dreams come true right? Guys want sex.....always. If your giving it away hes going to keep saying please to get it.
