I am looking either to have them shipped or I can pick them up in North East Texas or Oklahoma.

These are an endangered breed -
http://www.albc-usa.org/waterfowl/pilgrim_goose.htm - the ALBC may be able to help you find breeders within your travel range. It's worth an email.
You can also search for free at a few groups -
www.yahoogroups.com - farm_trader is one - also rarelivestock - there is no charge for these and both have farm related stuff on there. There's many other lists too

I You can sometimes also find fertile eggs for sale on ebay and hatch them yourself if you have an incubator. Search for "Pilgrim goose hatching eggs" or some such.
