Please read: *yes I already posed this, but I need professional advice

Ok, here's the deal. I'm 28 and have never really had any acne. All of a sudden I noticed what looked like a huge holE in my face (by my nose). Well, what it was, was a huge blackhead. Sooo being the GENIUS that I am I was at work and stuck a stick pin in it. Yup, it was a hole, left by a blackhead. After I removed the pin it started bleeding. A week or so later it crusted over to what looked like just a regular 3D zit. But then when that layer shed off I was left with a hole in my face where the pore won't close! Does anyone know how to close this hole, or get rid of this? Any answers are appreciated. Even if it includes surgery, I will do/pay anything! I can not live with it like this!!!!!!

* And YES I know I was stupid for picking/poking at my face. I don't need anyone to remind me. What's done is done. We all pick and if you say you don't you're lying. It's like picking your nose. We all do it

Pick up a Vita mine E capsule, break it open, and let the oil ooze out over a cut or a scar. Sounds simple. sounds effective, Lot of people do it. Some swear it helps prevent scars or even makes new scars disappear. But what is probably does it make old scars disappear. Vitamin E helps helps a new wound heal faster that if you put nothing on at all, possibly helping to reduce scarring. What is it about Vitamin E that helps wounds heal? It' actually the oils in the capsule that's beneficial, You're helping to keep the area moist, there's nothing magical about it. Apply the same oil with the vitamin E removed, and you'll probably get the same benefit.

Since you indicated "Any answers are appreciated. Even if it includes surgery, I will do/pay anything! I can not live with it like this!!!!!!"

You really really should see a dermatologist. Some conditions are more responsive and have a better outcome if treated promptly.

That said, if you insist on treating this yourself, I suggest very warm sea salt compresses to "draw out" remaining debris followed by a cool compress to help close the pore. Apply a polysporin ointment afterwards. I do not suggest using peroxide. Peroxide can actually interfere with healing and new skin growth.

It's definitely not skin cancer or anything, you probably damaged the underlying sac in the pore that had been previously filled with oil and dirt for the blackhead.

I'm glad you realize sticking a pin in it was stupid. See a dermatologist to check the extent of damage. If it is nothing but a cosmetic thing, may treatments may be offered, from topical medications to laser treatment.

That's a long scar. But don't worry, there's a ointment that can heal those scars. I forgot its name. You can a pharmacist. For me, it doesn't matter whether you have that scars, what really matters is, you have a good, kind heart. I mean, if you are a good person, I bet you are, don't be shy or conscious having that scars. Just show them who you really are. I'm sure they will love you for that. Good luck! :)

Vitamin E cream
I had a hole in my head similar to the one you described due to a spider bite in January.
It is almost gone now.
