Below is the site of a directory of Services, including "Counseling for Batterers". It covers all of California, listed by county. I believe "A New Beginning" is listed, but it is in Bakersfield. There is a "Family Violence Educational Program (Counseling for Batterers)" in Chico. Take a look at the directory - you may find some options.
