it could be a # of reasons,
1) hang over...did you drink the night before(umm... or every night?)
2)you need caffeine, because you drink coffee/soda and your body is used to having it
3)you are getting too much sleep, or maybe not enough?
4) you sleep in a head stand position...stop doing that!!!
5)your neighbors play loud music all night long
6)you're not drinking enough WATER, very important!!
ok, if it's none of the above then I would speak to an "ask a nurse" if it persists or gets worse then see your Dr.they may do some blood tests. also if you don't already take one, I'd start taking a multi vitamin once a day,it may help you feel better...it couldn't hurt!!
I hope you figure out what's up....

Sounds stress related. You live in a flat with 3 kids so nowhere quiet to go and everybody on top of one another. Try to get someone to watch the kids for a few hours a week. Also when was the last time you had a new pillow or mattress bad posture can cause this. And as others have rightly said drink water before going to bed and sleep with a window open and the heating of. Hope this helps

This can happen for many reasons. The amount of humidity in the air can affect the sinuses, enough moisture in the air is important. Perhaps you snore and possibly suffer from apnia which means you stop breathing for short periods of time and your brain doesn't get enough oxygen when you sleep. Maybe your allergic to your pillow or something in your room.

Stop going to bed with a bottle : )

(Sorry, I don't usually go for the funny one-liners but this question left it "too good to be true")
