is it wrong to feel insecure when my boyfriend goes to a strip club and lies to me about where he went and i end up finding out from someone else that he went there

it's normal to feel insecure if your bf is lying to you, because you want to know, what else is he lying about? right? I feel that same way sometimes, but my man cant go to the strip club, he knows better. I will beat is a**.

No, you have every right to be insecure about this. first of all he's going to a strip club when he has you, second , he's lieing, thirdly you are finding it out from someone else which means he wasn't going to tell you in the first place. A person who is comfortable and sincere in a relationship shouldn't be doing this to the person he or she loves. It's just not fair to you because he's playing with your feelings. either you can tell him that you are uncomfortable with what he is doing or you can step back and let him know that you can't continue feeling this hurt you are feeling and you can let him know he has to decide what he really wants out of your relationship. If you keep letting him slide he will always think he can do it again and again. And you will continue to get hurt over and over again. Ask yourself, do you really want this. Don't break up with him, but offer him that decision. After all he's the one seeing other stripped women not you. Later in life if you decide to marry or what ever you might not feel really and truly loved. Because he might just be fantasizing about another woman while he's making love to you. you don't want to feel like that for the rest of your life. So if you can stop him for a few minutes, let him know that you want to talk to him about something and about your feelings about what he's doing and what your feelings are about it. In other words give him something to think about. I am only telling you this because this "could " be your outcome in the future. Change it while you can. Good luck!

Its not wrong to feelinsecure about him being un truthful. If he has nothing to hide then there should be no reason why he cant tell you where he is. It sounds like your in a little bit of a pickle, if you love him and he loves you sit him down and talk to him without pointing the finger, let him know that he is hurting you and he is making you feel insecure about yourself when he lies. I really hope my advice has helped, and if he continues to lie to you then ditch him, you deserve better. If you taste poisen spit it out before it destroys you.

I would not feel insecure, I would feel angry, betrayed, lied to. I would have trust issues, why would he lie - to cover something up, he knows he did something wrong and does not want you to know. I would be insecure about your relationship with him, he goes behind your back, keeps things from you and lies to you. There is nothing wrong with you but with him. He does not have the best interests of your relationship in mind. That is wrong.

No you are not insecure. Your bf lied to you, apparently he is the one insecure in this relationship since he had to lie. You deserve better. Get a new boyfriend before this one really breaks your heart badly.

I don't think that is insecurity. He should have been unfront with you and told you what he was doing or where he was going. Now, if you are jelous about the strippers that is another issue. Don't be, they're cheap sluts trying to make a living and he comes home to you every night. Although, I'm sure he'd shove dollar bills in your thong if you danced for him.

Absolutely not! You should tell your boyfriend that it hurts you for him to go to those clubs. I had a similar problem with my boyfriend with watching porn. It bothered me so talked to him about it and he got rid of all of it. If your boyfriend loves you he should understand your feelings about this and respect them. And he should most definitely ALWAYS tell you the truth no matter if it's about him going to the strip clubs or not.

Yes it is wrong, he isn't going to find anything in a strip club except some ho's trying to bleed him out of his paycheck. you should feel secure that you aren't that pathetic that you have to pay to look at a someones body. you should pity him.

No, its not wrong for you to feel insecure. Its wrong for him to lie to you. Find another boyfriend who wont lie to you. Life is too short to put up with bull.
