Lately i have been getting small fits, when i am alseepand all the time, also, i cant co-ordinate myself enough to go to work where my panic attacks are at their worse. I feel dead inside, i get pains from my feet to my spine and i look very pale. I cant eat well due to being nervous and my familly, friends and work partners are ignoring me cos i freak them out. I feel so empty and helpless and i am fantasising about my death.

You obviously are feeling very out of control, for good reason. You are avoiding having to take medications due to side effects and yet the side effects of not being on medications are becoming significant.
I'm so sorry you are having this kind of pain and emptiness. It is really such a difficult place to be. Know that you are not the only one who has been there and others, who have come before you, have gotten better.
The fact is that you have to choose between two things you don't want: medication side effects and suicidal depression and panic attacks. Perhaps you can commit to trying medication for just a short time, say three months, and see if the side effects are better than how you feel now. No one says your treatement will be forever. With medication, you will perhaps be functional enough to learn new skills to deal with your panic, but when you are as deep down in a hole as you are now, doing behavioral therapy will seem impossible.
Try the meds, and realize that nothing is forever except suicide.
My heart goes out for you my friend. Treat yourself like you would treat your best friend.
Good luck.

Contact a local mental health facility, go to the hospital and be evaluated. You may need medicine to function, or to replace an imbalance in chemicals that are found naturally in the body. If you are fantasizing about your death, that is a sign that you need help. Have you thought about how you are going to kill yourself? Do you have a plan? If so, you need to seek professional help, you may need an in-patient stay to get over this dark period in your life. Panic attacks are highly treatable. It also sounds like you are depressed, and need to be treated for that as well. I get very nervous when you Say you feel dead inside and that you fantasize about your death. Please get the help that you so desperately need. Good Luck.

Above all, get help if you're thinking about hurting yourself. There IS help and hope for you.
Have you tried anti-anxiety meds? Most people don't have a lot of side effects. Even if you have and don't like the side effects, there are other forms of treatment.
If you have tried treatment and it hasn't been successfull, write back so people can give you some other suggestions and hope.

Your emotions are killing you! You are smart to avoid medication to deal with your emotional problems, but you must act quickly. Find a support group that can be a positive, non-judgmental influence in your life. Schedule yourself some alone time regularly. Go for walks, start doing Yoga or Tai Chi, drink soothing teas, get massages, pray and/or meditate. You can make it out of the darkness, but it takes bravery and persistence to heal.

Know you don't wanna take meds, but it sounds like you're gonna have to - or lose everybody and everything important to you. Go to a doctor or mental health place, and talk to somebody. Maybe they'll know some natural way you can get over this. At least they can give you counseling and diagnose you - you don't wanna get worse, do you?

You definitely have to go to a doctor and as much as you don't want to...he will probably give you meds. This sounds pretty serious and I definitely wouldn't like it if I start fantasizing about my death.
