walking. or yoga is great if you dont want to stress the joints

Jogging is good but don't do it on concrete. Asphalt is one step above, then a soft track, I prefer jogging on flat grass. Jumping rope is good but doesn't help long time endurance so much. What are you training for? Anyway before either of the exercises do some lite and gentle streges

Fat blasting yoga, lol. And a nice long walk. (My knees would never put up with either of your choices. :P)
