Since breakfast is suppose to be your most important meal of the day, I eat anything I want. Fruits, yogurt & granola, whole wheat toast w/ peanut butter on it, cereal & milk, even an egg! Once a week Ill have a slice of bacon, the idea is to give yourself variety, so you dont fall back into bad habits. I go light for lunch, like salads, or cottage cheese, or crackers & cheese, (minimal amounts) then meats and veggie for dinner, low carbs... Lots of water to cleanse and detoxify! I counted my calories!!!

Oatmeal, granola and lowfat yogurt (just watch the ingredients on the granola, some of those are really high fat and calorie)...hmmm I lost a lot of weight lst summer eating english muffins for brekkie almost every day and tuna and crackers for lunch, lol, but I don't know if there is science behind this.

oatmeal with lowfat yogurt and berries. but you will really see results if you work out first thing and then don't eat for an hour afterwards...I've been doing it about a week now and have lost over three pounds.

Some yogurt and a piece of fruit...good for you, light, and reasonably filling. What else do you need?
