First of all, I can't imagine WHAT kind of job interview would include a gyno exam! But, that aside, I don't know of any actual TEST that can disclose your secret, but certain changes in your uterus and/or cervix may be noted... a cervix that has never been dilated has a different quality and tone that one that has.
Just a note: in the future, if you become pregnanat and want to carry to term, it will be EXTREMELY important for you to disclose your past experience to your physician, because certain diseases, risks, etc can increase with each pregnancy, whether or not they were full term.

I don't know of any job that ask you for that kind of test STRANGE How old are you ? R U shur ? You want a job like this? You may want to think about that. I WORK IN A DOCTORS OFFICE PART TIME. I have never herd of any kind of job the ask you to invade your privacy. Do You live in the us. there is a law, That the doctor can't tell your family anything. He needs to talk to you. and U only. There WILL be a nurse in the room while the doctor is doing this. so you may not even want your parents in the room with you. You'll have a nurse there , You also may want to call before going to this doctor and let them know about what you have done. this is between you and the doctor. you'll be in my prayes tonight ... I bet the only thing that they are going to do is give you a pap. test. all they do is cotton swab your insides and give you a breast exam. I don't think they will do anything to find out if you have been preg.
You can also call the place where you had the abortion done and ask them if an exam will show an abortion. They might be able to really help. Good Luck.

Basically, if the Dr tells your parents you had an abortion - just deny it and or talk to the Dr and tell him that you will talk to a lawwyer and sue him if discloses certain personal information to certain people... If that fails say that you have a problem with masurbation and are obsessed with a certain toy that is your pride and joy.. I know you're afraid but would you rather they found out because you told them or because a doctor asks and you have to tell the truth? Now as far as a test , no there is no test that shows that, but it can be possible that there may be some scares in the uterus.

If you were pregnant again, you need to tell your doctor, it's important that they know this imformation, previous abortions can lead to miscarriages!
I'm not sure if they could tell, but what kind of job interview requires an internal exam???
