Since you have a small amount of time to gain that few pounds....ask mom to bake you some bread and add wheat gluten.....just plain ole squats and some push-ups will help a bit with muscle....just a little.....but arm curl some 5 lb weights when squatting....3 slices of bread/3 times a day for 2 weeks....but don't push too hard ....okay..?

for females its harder than males to build muscle because we have more testosterone and given your short amount of time to do so i would recommend not focusing on muscle but your weight..just make sure you're eating foods high in protein and carbs and that the amount of calories u eat exceed the amount of calories u burn..if u insist on building muscle use protein shakes bery often as well as protein bars..also eat 5 balanced meals a day on a schedule...finally for breakfast eat as much oatmeal as you can (try the flavored kind)..ps. don't discriminate on food that have alot of fat you'll need that too..good luck on this

You need protein and yes some fat will help you too but being a vegetarian all I can say is beans beans beans. I hate tofu with a passion and I can't recommend meat so I have to say beans beans beans.

You sound fine to me, but if you wanna gain weight just eat a lot of mcdonalds, that's what fat people do, then try to sue them when you get fat.
