My grand pop used to make these delicous black sauce pork and prawn fritters that were to die for. Now that is impossible to replicate cos he never wrote the recipe down and no one has been able to cook it the way he did. We've tried for many years, but it always fell short of the original.

Kaloubiac (Russian salmon pie) with asparagus, new potatoes and lobster & brandy sauce...
