i miss being in a committed relationsip. being single sucks but need to find the right person to be with. I was married for 20 years. was an abusive marrage. stayed for so long because i didnt want to be single. but this is better than being abused

While I've been single for a while, I prefer a committed relationship. I like that consistency and hate the dating scene. Bear in mind I am also a divorced 41 year old guy...though I still feel 21 ;)

As a single guy I can say I prefer a commited relationship.
I have been single for about four years now.
The dating scene is not all that it is cracked up to be most times.
In a way its nice not having anyone as I can do what I want when I want without any problems, But companionship would be preferable.

It all really depends, single is a lot more fun when it comes to freedom and diversity, meaning that you can date around as much as you want. But if you want to be safer in the sexual arena its best to have a committed relationship

Both are have their pros and cons.
Being single, you are more free and open to lifes experiences
In a commited relationship, you have a best friend to share lifes experiences with but have to consider their thoughts, wishes and opinions.

well bein single , u can play the field , bein committed means thats the person ur sure u want to be with for the rest of ur life . i think commitment would be better , u have less chance to be cheated on . so do w/e u feel is rite

hun i think it is better to be single then to be in a committed relationship because the guy is never turth full trust me i was just in one and he broke my heart cus he started dating another girl and i had to find out from my sisterin law so hunny take my advice and stay single

It depends on your situation.
If your really busy and dont really have time for anyone els stay single.
If your looking for someone to share your time with and hangout with find someone.
If your in school and have a hard time concentrating when you do find some one stay single for a while.
It depends because everyone is different.

It all depends on ur interest......if u want lots of safe sex get with one person and stay with that booty. but with this card comes the problem of a long term commitment, and this tends to lead to being controled and cut off from the normal life. Single life leads to multiple parteners(stds), excessive masterbation, and lonliness. so do ur thing.

i think there are upsides and downsides to both. It mostly depends on the person and their attitude towards their life.
