Equatorial Guinea Morroco is close to spain, yes, but the majority of the people there speak Arabic and French as a second language, not Spanish. Morroco was mainly colonised by France and only a small portion was held by spain.

One of the official languages of Morocco. Also Equatorial Guinea. Ceuta is administratively part of Spain - and (Spanish speaking) - but geographically part of Africa.

There is a spot bordering Morocco that is ruled by SPain and considered part of Spain as well.
That sector is often called Spanish Morroco even though it has a different name.
