i feel your pain. honestly, i had an unexpected break up just a few months ago. i was crushed. the best thing to do is to not be by yourself. surround yourself with your friends. try to get yourself out of your house and doing things. the worst thing you can do is to sit alone and think about it.
once you are feeling a little better, then you can start to think about why it may have happened and if theres anything you can do to fix it. from what it sounds like, its not your fault so dont get down on yourself about it.
time heals all wounds. i know it hurts now, but i promise, it will get better.
my best.

aww honey he ain't worth it. don't cry over him he must be a jerk. i know that you thought you were in love but if he was at another girls house, it must have been only you in love. just remember that he is a jerk and an a$$hole. the sad thing about this is that i know a saying that would probably go with you: what do you do when the one that made you cry is the only one that can stop your tears?? i know you don't want us to say there are more people out there, but you gotta remember that there ARE other people out there. i know it may seem very traumatic right now and you will be sad for a while, most likely. but you gotta try to get over it. live a little more, honey, hes not worth your tears....

Hey, sweetie. You don't deserve to be treated like that AT ALL! I know everyone's going to say this, but he's a jerk and not worth it! If he's going to cheat and then have no explanation, then he's not a good boy friend, and you'd be a lot better off with someone else.
For now, do anything to take your mind off him. If you have a pool, go swimming. It always makes me feel better. Whatever you do, don't listen to sad music and bawl your eyes out. It's not going to make you feel any better.
Go hang with friends. You may not want to, now, but you'll have fun doing it.
JUST TRY NOT TO DWELL ON IT!

this guy sounds like a piece of work. make a list of all of the bad things he's done to you and all of the qualities you hate aout him. anytime you feel sad about about the break up - review the list. you deserve someone who can treat you with respect.
smile -- it will only get better after today... and it may be cliche but there are better guys out there.

you should probably call him up again and ask him what he was doing at the girls house in the first place?...then ask who the girl is?...then ask him why & or what made him do this to you?
if you feel like you reallly need to talk to someone then you can e-mail me if you would like but your ex-boyfriend sounds like a total jerk and if he ends up running back to you im afraid you are just going to have to say no inless you want to get hurt again!

um...go hang out with your friends and first talk about how awesome he is.
Then talk about how awful he is...
Then talk about how you understand how he has his moments and they just made the relationship (while it was on) forever interesting.
Then ponder about the hilarious stories can come out this..
Like how you used to smother him in his sleep cause he was snoring and by the sixth month something clicked in his head that said SNORE AND DIE!
