I think yogurt is both because. when they first made it it was a liquid but they let it sit for a little bit so it turned into a solid.

Depend on the type of yogurt
creamy yogurt is thick more solid and part liquid
drinking yogurt is thick more liquid and part solid

it is both :) i consider the stuff that you spoon solid.. and the ones designed for drinking liquids.. the nouriche things or whatever are just watered yogurt..
