Thats very very good!Alchohol is poison to ones body and causes numerous health problems and leads to death for many many people....some people start drinking to meet people and to feel more outgoing, but the truth is judgment is badly messed up and you can get with the wrong kind of person and who wants to meet a drunk anyway!!!alchohol is not a social drug it causes fights arguments, unwanted sex, unprotected sex and does not help one socially except to become a social disgrace to yourself and the very ones who want you to drink to be social...oh yes one drunk always thinks the other drunk cant handle their drink!!

as an alcoholic in recovery I'd say you're a star! I haven't had a drink for 16 months and I don't feel strange any more, just normal. If anyone tells you different don't listen to them or be pressured by them. Better a sober life than some of the things I did when I was drinking, God knows how I'm still alive, or how I didn't take another life when I was driving my car. Now I'm always asked to be the driver on an evening out and I do so sober, safe and proud. Good for you!

I don't think it is in the least bit strange. It is something to be proud of and for others to admire in you. In today's society, teens are drinking younger and younger. The question I ask myself is "why?". What is the appeal in getting drunk to the point you can't stand and then only accomplishing making a complete fool of yourself? That, of course, is extreme, but drinking impairs your judgment in many ways. So much so, sometimes, that you are not sure if you are capable of doing something that is dangerous enough WITHOUT the effects of alcohol; that being the ability to drive a car.

You are a role model for today's young people. It is less and less common to find someone who has not had a drink of alcohol in their life. Keep up the good work!

Lets say I am well over 24 and I do not mind telling you I am a grandparent. I have all sorts of fun with out the alchol and drugs. When I was your age I did not have any will to participate in the alcohol scene or drug either. Please note if you are 24 now and I am a grandparent who has not dranked I do not think this is strange at all. Be careful please do not allow peer pressure to over take you. Especially if your friends drink and your in college. Hang in there. I will be praying for strength for you too.

I think that’s cool, I'm Irish and I waited until I was 18 to drink. There was unbelievable pressure to do it earlier but I decided not to. I drink now but not much, some of my friends get so drunk at the weekends that they curl up, cry and get sick all night, I will never do that to myself and sill today I go out to the pub or night club and drink nothing but water and have a great night! (If you are happy then good on you, anyone who thinks thats strange are a bit messed up in the head)

No, I don't think it's strange at all. I'm 25 and I don't drink either. I just don't like the taste of it or how it makes me feel/act. Mind you, I have been through a drinking phase before, and it was nasty. But haven't been drinking for about a year now. Good for you hun :) !!

Good For You!! Thats not Strange,at all! Dont ever fall into peer pressure, either! Your Liver will thank-you, for keeping it a "Virgin" and besides, if your ever invited to go "clubbing it" with the boyz, or anything like that you can always order, various non-alcoholic cocktails, like the "Virgin Mary" and so on, and still be nice to your liver without anyone, even knowing. Life is so prescious, Keep takeing it in through those "sober-eyes, of yours" SMILE!!!!

There are 50+ year old virgins out there as is......so, to be 24 and never having a drink is NOT as strange as a 50+ year old virgin.
