Oh, what was that noise? Oh, I think I farted. Really, what kind of nonsense are you talking about? Noah's Ark is a myth based on an old folk tale. Give me a break.

Satan takes many forms. He is a deceiver, and a manipulator.
...I think a better question would be: Do you recognize Satan in this world today?
...or those who he is influencing.
Interesting thought though...ignore those who are too ignorant to give a sensible answer. Noah's ark was NOT a myth - and Satan isn't neither.
God Bless.

Jewish thought is the authority on this subject:
Judaism does not believe in the devil, but we do believe in Satan (who more properly should be called "the Satan"). As this demonstrates, the Jewish view of Satan is very different than the Christian one. Here's a summary of the Jewish view:
The word satan means challenger. With the leading ha- to make haSatan, it refers to _the_ challenger. This describes Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges.
Satan works for G-d.
His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it can be a meaningful choice.
Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent.
In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered overly polytheistic -- you are setting up the devil to be a god or demigod.

regarding noah's ark even snakes are saved freim the great flood
but if you're regarding the snakes as the symbols of evil to noah's times he did not regard it as that, he was told all kinds, types of animals should be saved maybe that time noah did not know some animalls / reptiles can reproduced without mates.

Well I read your response and your ideas about the snake. I guess you are going to get alot of different kind of responses to your idea. I admire the fact that you can state your opinion and back it up without having to tear down anyone else's thoughts or opinions.

The religious clerics have a lot of explaining to do for the future christians! The explaining must make sense, otherwise, religion will not exist as it is known today. I am not an atheist!

The serpent is Satan.
Rev 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
Satan has many names and plays many roles.
