Yes. I used to use it but when I went to the salon, the hair stylist said that pantene makes your hair fall out. I wouldn't take any chances.

O went to the beauty shop 3 days ago (I go every week) and the first thing the lady who washes the hair did was asking me if i had switched shampoo. In fact, i did, i changed from Semi diLino to Pantene, She could feel the difference, just by touching it once, and told me that Pantene Pro V is one of the worst shampoos there are, so I'd say yes, it damages hair.

You shouldn't believe everything you read. I use Pantene Pro V everyday and my hair has never looked better. You must find the Pantene with the correct formula for your hair. It may take a while as there are many Pantenes' to choose from, but once you find the one perfectly suited to your hair, your hair will become radiant.

Heck no! Pantene won't make your hair fall out and anyone who said it will doesn't know what they are talking about. The only thing pantene does is coat your hair with a wax build-up. This causes your already dirty hair to become more dirty. Don't use pantene! I suggest that you use Paul Mitchell shampoo 3 to cleanse your hair and remove the pantene wax build-up and then use Paul Mitchell Awapuhi shampoo and detangler conditioner and forget Pantene!

Yes it does. As a hair stylist there are many products out there that make wonderfull claims. Pantene has a lot of wax and wax based products in it that will weaken your hair. Depending on your hair it could make it break or fall out. Some people (with thick and course hair love it) because the wax tames the unruliness.

Pantene has a wax in it that gradually builds up on your hair. This makes it limp and also causes it to get dirtier faster because the wax catches more dirt. If you can't afford or just don't want to use salon products, I have found the best shampoo to be Suave Daily Clarifying. It's cheap, it smells great and works very well.

dont use the same shampoo to much. try to change yr brand each time you need more. and it helps to rest yr hair from shampooing sometimes.let the natural oils come back
