I have had several dreams come true and felt certain things as they were happening, miles away and without my knowledge.
I also often have people call that I was JUST thinking about, or I will call them JUST AS they were thinking about me.
There are many other strange occurrences that I have experienced, but they are too many to list and happen so often that I no longer keep track, unless it's a big thing.
I can't do it at will, it just happens and I think that is why no-one has found irrefutable proof that ESP exists.

I dont know if I have ESP or not, but I do know that I have some sort of ability. I have dreams....messages.....I have seen spirits. I know it sounds nuts, but, hey, it happens.

Why do you ask, is it scaring you? Did you think that everybody had that ability and found out they didn't by the looks of fright they gave you? Does your family think your "possessed" or playing games with them? Peace and Love
