Hi there, first i want to say that i support you and wonder if there has been anything in your life, changes, major stresses that have affected your life since these things have begun?? Also, want to suggest seeking a counselor to support you with what you are going through as it can be hard to talk to a friend about these things, they many times just wont understand. I would suggest seeking a professional in this situation. I would also sit quietly alone and pray. Ask GOD to help you, to guide you. To give you the strength and vision to do what you need to do to help yourself. Ask him to bring you peace and healing. Only you know what is truly going on in your life. I will say a prayer for you and hope you are well.
Best regards, Michele

You're best bet is to go to a psychiatrist or therapist or even your normal doctor. It may just be stress causing the paranoia, or maybe Post-Traumatic Stress Dissorder if you've been through something huge and life changing lately, especially if your used to a slow pace.... or it may be something physical, like a chemical imbalance. Nothing that can't be fixed, but something that you must see a proffesional for. Whether they choose to admit it or not, more than half the people around you have seen or currently are seeing a therapist, so it's nothing to be ashamed of. Maybe even a priest can help if you are religious, and don't want the hastle of a real doctor...

I would agree with the previous response. Ask God to help you. Don't ask for answers just love and silent protection. I will pray for you and just know that you are loved by God and others. Some people go their whole lives not knowing what love is. Think about someone you love or who loves you and go with that. But know that no matter how much you love someone or someone loves you that holds nothing too how much God loves you. That is true, provable and can't be broken.
Love,
Stranger who cares......

If this is truly happening to you...you need to set an appointment with a psyche as soon as possible. My roommate was going through this and was diagnosed with a treatable mental health disease.

You need help now, firstly see your own Doctor and he / she can give you a referral to a pyschologist / pyschiatrist. For the moment try to focus on the possitive things in your life.
