clip a wire on the ground strap clip other end of wire to insulated screwdriver and stick it under anode cap it may snap or pop when it discharges but it will not harm anything just keep hands clear it will be over in a flash perfectly safe even if you mess up it don't hurt very much make sure it is unplug from power source or it will hurt very bad
