ground turkey, yeah, I just did the same for beef. an egg to help keep shape, some garlic, a little oregano, roll into balls, cook thoroughly, enjoy. =)

I'd still mix a bit of lean ground pork and beef (about 1/3 of total meat overall) in with the turkey to boost flavor.

Use any meatball recipe that contains bread crumbs (FoodTV site has tons) but just sub ground turkey.

Yep. I've made 'em plenty of times. Just use the same recipe as you use for beef meatballs and simply substitute ground turkey for ground beef.

I also find that ground turkey has quite a bit more moisture than ground beef. So, you may need to kinda drain it a bit or just add more breadcrumbs to the recipe.

This may not be that healthy, but might as well make a suggestion. I think that turkey meatball taste good as a meatball sandwich. Make or buy marrainare sauce, add meatballs and put on long garlic cheese bread!!!! YUM!!!

u can use any meat.... for meatballs but u just keep going with the rest of the recipes.... if u like turkey.... it will taste good 2 i u even if u dont like it just add a lil kick into it ur okay....

they have allot of turkey stuff out now that taste delish ie, turkey bacon, turkey sausage, turkey burgers, turkey meatloaf, turkey ham......
for turkey meatballs just make them as you normally would but substitute the ground beef for ground turkey. good luck yummy.

They are not quite as tasty as regular meatballs but if you play around with seasoning properly you can find a combination you like
