I don't do much so I guess I don't get light headed because of that reason. I like cycling and walking but I don't think that counts as doing too much.

Yes, I used to, but then I went to the chiropractor and he adjusted my neck and now I am better. I described it as 'my head feels funny'. If I would close my eyes while standing I was convinced I would fall over. Call a chiropractor. Ask if they take your insurance. It will help or they will refer you to another doctor. Good Luck.

That could be a medical problem. Consult a doctor to make sure you are ok.
That could be a sign of diabetes even if you are very young.

You may have low blood, take some iron pills. I used to get like that when I was pregnant, but iron pills help that

i sometimes do and it is probably because your brain needs more air and you aren't letting it because of anxiety or something that is stressing you out
