ok, sorry to let it out girls, but I might still be married had I not had to fake one for 7 years! Women have the ability to fake orgasm pretty well, usually only so we don't make you feel bad for not getting us off.
But you should be able to feel the difference in the moisture in her vagina after an orgasm. If it is while you are in her, you may be able to feel the contractions of the muscles. If you have a close relationship, she shouldn't feel the need to lie to you anyway.

Hopefully she will tell you or she will look and sound the way you do when you come - breathing hard, gasping, maybe grimacing or calling out your name - but there's no way to know for sure. Some people are very quiet when they orgasm. Make sure you ask her what would turn her on and do it.

i assume that u think she may be faking it. usually when a girl is having an orgasm, the walls of the vagina contract, and if you're inside her, you may be able to feel her clenching around you. other than that, there's no way of knowing
