he has been gone 4 six weeks and he hasnt sent me an email or talked 2 me. one of my friends has a my space and she has been talking 2 him 4 this whole time. is this a way that he is breaking up with me??

No doubt about it, he has moved on. It's more and more common for guys to just leave these days without addressing the situation, whatever it may be. Sad but true.
For your own self esteem, move on woman! You deserve more respect, ie;clear and honest communication, consideration for you and your feelings, etc. If you do not set boundaries to what is an acceptable for you to be treated, you could be walked all over, again and again.
