replace half of all f's with o's, and all rs with iey's, v's with w's and vice versa, p's with z's and s's with x's, and c's with t's and n's with m's, e's with if's then reverse the last non of each sentence and put an a in front of it.
For example:

A favorite vocal piece of mine would have to be "Summertime" by Gershwin.:
A oavoieyite wocal ziete of mime vould hawe to bif "Summifieytimif by Aniwhsreg

I'll do what I can, but you should probably contact me via IM so I can talk to you and you can hear it. By the way, my brother taught me gibberish simply by giving me three words and their translations: Cat = Cathagat, Mouse = Mathagouse, and Alice = Athagalithagis.

So, of course, every word in gibberish begins with the same letter as its corrisponding english word. Silibles are broken down and delt with individually. Let's take Cat. You take the first sound you can say by itself, ca, and add tha to it. You now have Catha. Add a g, and finish off the word. Cathagat. Notice that the first sound in Cat (ca) has only one consinant and begins with it.

Now for Alice. This is more difficult, one because it is multiple sylables, and two because it begins with a vowl. Let's take the first sylable... Al. The first sound is simply A. Add your tha to it, making Atha, add a g, and finish off the sylable... Athagal. The second sylable, ice, is delt in the same way. First sound, i, add a tha, itha, add a g and finish it off... ithagice. Now just put the two sylables together and you have Athagalithagice. Whala.

You can try Mouse on your own. Did you notice a pattern there? First sound, add thag and finish with the rest of the sylable (keeping the first sound if it's needed.) Just for posterity, here's a couple of sentences for you: See Bob run fast. Sethagee Bothagob ruthagun fathagast. I speak gibberish fluently. Ithagi spethageak githagibbathagerithagish fluthaguethagentlathagy.

I hope I've helped you. If you want to hear some and get more practise with someone who knows what he's doing, IM me at stevevets42 with yahoo, or stevevets42@yahoo.com with msn.

Oh yeah, I hope that was the right gibberish. There are several types, and that's the one I know.
