Pugs CAN NOT take the heat! If you live in a very warm area then MAKE SURE you do not leave him outside for any length of time. Pugs and other flat faced breeds can easily suffer a heat stroke and die.

i think the best enviroment is an enviroment with love to the dog and a big area in the back to run around, i use to have a Pug and he loved to run around the back yard. i think thats it
