When frying pancakes, hambergers, etc., why does grease vapor always land on the inside of your eyeglasses?

Because it actually goes everywhere and sticks to any cool surface. You happen to notice it because it's annoying when it's on your glasses and you can't see. I notice it when my wife returns home ( works as waitress) and she smells like french fries. Also annoying cause I want to nibble on her for a while and she tells me she's dirty, tired, and definatly not in the mood. Bummer!

ha..ha..it happens to me all the time & i've no idea too. i try to stand NOT to close to the stove & that helps minimise it =)
