The only way to get rid of stretch marks permanently is cosmetic surgery. Skin is very elastic, and when you're pregnant, it gets so far stretched out and stays that way for so long, it loses its elasticity and the stretch marks will be with you forever. They will fade in time (on their own) but will be with you forever.

THERE IS NO TREATMENT THAT WORKS
they will fade , keep them moisturised but there is no miracle cream to cover them up no matter how much the beauty world says there is
ITS ALL TO DO WITH SELF HEALING AND COLLAGEN IN YOUR SKIN
some women heal well and their marks fade'
some women have good collagen levels and dont get them
some women get them no matter what they do and have them for life

Well, DURING pregnancy you can put vitamin E on them to assist in getting rid of them. However, after a delivery.....you can try it.
