I am 27 and he is 29 and I feel like don't know where things are going. He says he feels the same way about me as I feel about him but hasn't said I love you and is hopeless with emotion. Should I stay or move on?

If he really did feel the same way about you as you did him, then he would have told you he loves you. Since he hasnt, I say that maybe he doesnt truly feel the same way but doesnt want to risk losing you because he does have feelings for you but isnt in love with you yet. If I were you I would just give him some time to let him think out what he really feels for you then if you dont see any progression, move on.

Give him a chance but let him know that occasionally you need to hear the words just don't act like you need it to often because some guys really do have a problem with saying those words and they are very weary about saying them but they will do ever thing to show you like holding hands and cuddling or even making you dinner. Don't end something that is going good over a few words that are flung around way to causally

For some people it takes longer than 7 months to fall in love and maybe he just doesnt want to lie to you and say he does when he realy doesnt. You should staty and wait a while and see how things go and then if they havent changed then you should move on. I mean you dont really want to rush into things.

you cant force ppl to say they love you. when he feels the same about you he will say it. sometimes it take alot longer for some ppl. you dont want someone to say this to you that dosnt mean it.

not sure...maybe he's not ready to take your relationship to the next level. i'd stay for a while and see where things go, but if things stay where they are, i'd move on.
