A great refreshing summer dessert is a No Bake Cake. Line a 8 x 8 pan with graham crackers, mix a one package of instant vanilla(any flavor actually) pudding with milk according to directions on package, then fold in one container of cool whip. Spread a layer of this pudding mixture over the graham crackers and then add another layer of graham crackers, alternating until pudding is gone and you end up with graham crackers on top. Frost with canned chocolate pudding. Cover with Saran wrap and place in refrigerator over night. YUMMY! So cool and refreshing and GOOD!

Death by Chocolate

Bake a boxed chocolate cake, cut it into cubes.
Place half of them in the bottom of a punch bowl, add a layer of chocolate mouse, add a layer of whipped cream, top with chopped score bars (or other chocolate bars of choice - snickers is another good one!), repeat. Chill for a few hours. Enjoy!

Anything with hot fudge. I like a banana split with hot fudge the best. Banana, vanilla or chocolate chip ice cream, whipped cream, lots of cherries and toasted almonds or candied walnuts.
