As I was sitting and waiting for my artery clogging food in the drive thru recently, I wondered how much does a fast food restaurant manager makes a month. Anyone have a idea?

Where I live, it's about $3000 per month to be a manager at McDonalds. They have to pay people a lot, because people with managerial skills would prefer to work elsewhere.

There is a very good book I read called "You Are What You Eat" by Gillian McKeith. She has a section on how to alleviate many conditions with natural foods. If it interests you, I suggest you pick it up. Unblocking arteries sounds like it would require a long term solution. For the time being, I would say, try drinking more 100% natural fruit and vegetable juices. These don't have to be just apple or orange juice. They can be mango, pomagranate, pear, strawberry, kiwi or pineapple juice, or various fruit combinations. For vegetables, you can try drinking V8 juice. You may also want to take up walking, as it's a good exercise that just about anyone can do, be it for 5 minutes a day (for the very overweight) or 20 minutes a day. It'll help spruce up your circulation.

Like the previous person said it does depend on the area and how much that particular chain is making a month. In my area, a friend had the assistant manager's salary and he made $14.50/hr. He got the mega bucks for just telling people what to do and making sure the orders go thru. Thats good money to me!

It depends on the state, and restaurant location.

I'm guessing it could be anywhere from $9-$15 an hour.

Then again, i'm not an expert on fast food salaries.
