It sounds to me like that you are already a hard worker with your clarinet and tennis playing skills. Sometimes you are the hardest worker ever but if you don't belive in yourself then you will through pressure on your sto be better and be the best. My grandma always says D.Y.B.- do your best. Don't messure your self to others messure yourself to yourself. See how your work progresses, if you are getting more clients or if yourgrades are rising then you are learning to release the pressure that you put on you and that will make you a hard worker. Hard workers also need time to release pressure from other people so go get a pedi and a mani(pedicure and manicure).

My husband, whose mother was from Mexico, told me that when he was growing up almost all of the men around him that were his natural role models were all hard workers, and that hard work was praised and respected by everyone in the family. It made no difference how much money the fellow made - one of his role models was a civil engineer, another had a farm he sold for seven figures, and others picked vegetables and so on. Also, the extended families were close so he saw and talked to these men on at least a weekly basis, usually more often. Not surprisingly, my husband is a very hard worker.

Just think about what you want in your future and know what you want to achieve and you're going to have to work hard. Or perhaps look at it the other way around. Think about what would happen to you if you didn't work hard for the rest of your life. Scary stuff right there. My motivation for everything.

i study a lot as well and work out everyday and volunteer...the first thing is discipline...it takes 21 days to form a new habit...so sit down and start doing your work for a certain time period..then you may have a break...it takes a lot of effort, but it will be worth it in the long run..good luck!
