Many of you have already heard this one (it is part of a VERY funny joke posted a while back), but I want to know your answer.
A teacher asks one of her students, "there are four crows sitting on a fence. a farmer shoots one. how many are left?"
what is the REAL answer to this?

I dont' know what answer you could be going for here. I did a search and every page I found with this riddle agrees with the answers already given -- the remaining 3 are startled and fly away and that Abraham Lincoln used to tell this joke to people.
The only other possible answer that I can think of is that there would be more crows because they would come to eat the dead crow but that isn't true. Crows won't come around dead crows. My uncle puts one on top of his garden shed every year and never has problems with crows in his garden (yes, I agree that it's gross).

The kid replied: "none, when the farmer shot the gun the others flew away."
The teacher: "the real answer is three, but I like your way of thinking!!!"
So the kid asked: "Three women are eating ice cream. The 1 one is sucking only the cream, the second one is sucking the top & licking down the cone itself, & the third one is bitting her way to the bottom. Which one is married?"
To which the Teacher replied in a blushfull manner: "The second one I guess!!"
The kid replied: "The correct answer is the one with the wedding ring on, but I like your way of thinking!!!!"
