Why does any woman need to know what a guys bank account is anyway? I'm sure she'll figure out what the guy can afford and what he can't. I don't think that kind of personal information should be anyone's business but the owners and unless you are married. My opinion? Irrelevant. Keep that stuff private so people will like you for who you are and feel secure & relaxed in your presence b/c of WHO you are and not WHAT you have.

Well being a divorced full time working single parent of a 4 year old I need somebody that can take care of me & my daughter financially ... not meanning he HAS to be rich or have lots of money .. but when women say "money doesn't matter" I'll be the first one to tell you I'm not going to date a guy who lives with his mommy & daddy, doesn't want to work and has no ambition in life to progress in every way then I don't need ya ...
It would definatly make me feel a little bit more secure knowing the guy has a few bucks in the bank .. it shows me he's a hard working man .. and I love that !

It doesn't. In fact if a woman is asking about the bank account on the first few weeks of dating, than seriously...stay away from them. As long as a guy is financially indepent from anyone else (including parents, ex-wife...etc.) I truly don't give a fig for the balance in his checking account. I dated a guy once who made sure to comment on his large bank account on our first date! I thought that was so vulgar! He was so ernest about how much money he had that I ended up not dating him again. The way I figured it, he was either lying or he was to insecure to think that I'd only be interested in his money. Either way he was looser in my book!

A bank account is like an added perk to being with a guy. No matter it's size as long as the guy is stable. It is however something that could be brought up later instead of on a first date.

It doesn't do anything for me. Someone can have a large bank account and still be annoying, bad with money, in debt, a loser, and a terrible boyfriend.
It all matters about how the person treats you, a lot of the other stuff is just extras or peripheral.

None. His personality has to be rich, not him. If i had learned that he had a lot of money after I had started dating him I would feel more secure knowing I could order expensive things on the menu instead of the daily special.

For me, it's not really how much a man has in his account, but if a man is responsible and stable. If a man has the ability to not squander his money and keep a stable job, has goals and aspirations, that makes me feel secure and relaxed :)

Honestly, I don't care about how much money he has. Its nice to feel financially secure but if we are not, I still would love him just the same.
Every girl's answer on here was they don't care how much money a man makes. It shows that there is more love in the world then greed. :)

his money doesnt make you relax, however if that money was fought for, and he worked sooo hard to get where he is (in a rags to riches kind of way) then I'd relax, but not coz of the money coz it says alot about the type of person he is, strong, abitious and dedicated - after all they're one of the traits alot women look for in a man.

The amount of money in the man's bank account is not my concern. As long as he's not thinking how fast can I get her in the bed.
