No. But you can change your thought pattern, your attitude to such you become attractive or have charisma, and a leadership attitude. So, change inside of you and this will be better and stronger, and longer lasting. For the body will age but your mind will always be strong no matter what age.
Read about the subconcious mind or better, book by Napolean Hill called Magic Ladder To Success.
Definitley a great read but also knowledge to apply.

Yes you can.
It's called makeup. You need your mind to apply it.
If you need to lose weight , that takes will power.
You can do whatever you set out to do.
Even ask stupid questions.

Positive thinking may benefit you in some areas, but I don't think visulization (more realistically called: "wishful thinking") will drastically affect your physical appearance.

Fix your mind on how you would like to look, Believe you now look that way. Feel and know how it is to now look in that way.
Think with excitement that your looks have change.
