Depends on what you mean. I weight train 3 times a week. I do ab exercises 1-2 times a week on my off weight training days. I also do cardio 1-2 times a week on my off weight training days. So in all, probably about 5 days a week. I always have one rest day on the weekend to recoup.

4-5 times a week and hr or more each time depends on if you have just started and how much over weight you are. yoga is a good way to start if you have trouble jogging or doing extreme excercises.
