All you have to think is GOD. He will help you when you do die, and just live every day to its fullest so you wont have any regrets of no doing anything when you die.....Besides when you die you move on to a better place. And you know, there are therapists that you could see for this if you'd like, but just try to understand that everyone has to die at one point. And its not nesseseraly a bad thing!

Do you feel boxed in?Try to see the beauty that is present all around you, the sky, the plants the way the jets leave a trail, the reflection on a pool of water, look past yourself and try to see a bigger picture.

i never really think about it.personally,i like to think that we have only one life(on earth)to live and it would be a great shame if anyone is to waste it.i believe in cherishing and trying to live a good life that i would not be ashamed to do again if i were asked to do it all over again.live life for yourself and not to please others(be happy).but i also think anyone can find a purpose in life if they look deep inside them.helping others also gives alot of people(including me) satisfaction .
