In the last month I have noticed a problem after certain food I eat or certain items I drink. I ate a salad and a hamburg and like 15 minutes later my chest (in the middle of my chest) started to get painfull....then a few weeks ago I had pizza and a Smirinoff Ice (my favorite drink) and the same thing happened. Then tonight I had salad and and a piece of chicken and Smirnoff Ice and 15 minutes later my chest started to hurt again. I am thinking this may be my Gall Bladder, but my husband said it quite possibly can be gas (acid build up etc), but I have NEVER had this happen to me and I don't understand why all of a sudden it just shows up! HELP!

Welcome to the wonderful world of heartburn. Try Zantac 30 minutes before meals. Avoid greasy, salty, and fried foods. Malt liquor, beer and some wines will have the same effect. Drink a lot of filtered or spring water. Do not eat an hour or two before bedtime.

Ok, here’s the thing. Anyone that would even attempt to give you a diagnosis over the Internet and without the benefit of a full examination is an idiot. You may get lucky and someone might tell you the correct answer, however there are people on here that would lie to you just for fun. You could have them put it on your tombstone “But the guy on Yahoo said it was nothing”.

I’m not going to practice medicine without a license here. I’m just going to give you this great advice “GO SEE A DOCTOR!”

Doesn't sound like a gall bladder problem. From my experience with a bad gall bladder the pain was more to the left and in the back center of my side. Your husband may be on target.
