First off it is Burbank... and second off most of the hot spots are going to be about 45 minutes away and they are going to be expensive. Burbank is home to several Movie Studios including Disney and Warner Brothers so most things in the area are rather pricey. You will also be around the corner from Universal Studios. So the cool place to hang is at the City Walk at Universal. Though you won't be old enough for the clubs you can hang out and shop.

I would say downtown Burbank is where we see all the teens hanging out on Fri and Sat nights. Lot's of movie theaters, record shops, and coffee houses. Here's a link so you can locate it...http://www.downtown-burbank.org/.
