Many times our dreams are icons that relate to our waking life.
The overall theme of the dreams you describe is of frustration... you are trying to do things and you are being thwarted from your goals.
Try keeping a dream journal by your bed. Write down the details of your dreams as soon as you can so you can remember as much as you can. Afterward, ask yourself what your subconcious mind is telling you and write your interpretation of the dream next.
Remember that the icons and people in the dream are your own invention. So, for instance, the ghosts could be you or some part of you that is preventing you from doing something you know you need to do.
The phone dream... who are you phoning? Are you asking yourself a question but refusing to 'take the call' when you know the answer but don't want to deal with it?
The next time you have the running & fighting dream, plan to stop and turn around to the person you are running from... ask them what they want.
As time goes on, review your jounal and ask how it relates to your life... what changes need to be made in your life that the dreams are pointing out to you.

dreams are tricky, some believe they have real meaning. Go on line and look up dreams & dream meanings. Also get an indian dream catcher keep it above your bed. It is said to catch all evil in the web so you have only pleasant dreams.
I was going through a rough time and got almost no sleep because of how weird some of my dreams are. Did some research and found the dream catcher since it worked for me i went to the extreme and had a dream catcher tatooed on my arm so no matter where I sleep I am ok no bad dreams. Good luck

I advice you talk to your doctor. Have you ever considered that? I think it would be wise and if you do not want to do that then pray and before you go to bed at night play Gospel music. My grandfather has the ame thing and it stopped sometime after he saw his doctor. Now, there might not be anything wrong with you. You could just be like me and have a VERY active imagination. Just, I wouldn't get too hasty about it. Like my mom always told me; it's just a dream. I hope you solve this problem. I want to inform you that my mother has had the same dream of the same house four or five times since she has been alive (shes 34). They weren't the SAME dream just with the same house. But, yet, she has never seen that house in her life!

Your subconscious mind processes much more information than your conscious mind. When you sleep, some of it surfaces. Take a look at what is going on in your life that would create the same feelings you are getting from the dreams.
Often, writing them out in the morning helps your conscious mind see the connections.

This is a warfare dream. You are engaged in a spiritual battle. You are afraid that no one will help you. Call out to God, and He will help you through whatever is going on in your life.
