she is 16 (dosen't look like it doh) the fact that she is 4 years younger then me made me abit lazy too and i had other things to as well but now i'm thinking to ask her out i've got the time and i been thinking of her too, how do think she would react?what should i say?

Give her a call. She's prbably wondering what happened to you. I can tell you from a girl's perspective that when a guy is given a girl's phone number and he doesn't call either not at all or for awhile, the girl is going to think something is wrong. So you give her a call, see if she is still interested in seeing you, if the answer is yes, then ask her out and be honest with her. If and when she asks you why it took so long for you to call her, you tell her you had some business to take care of and things are just now slowing down. That way you're neither lying nor is it giving her too much information than what you want her to know. As far as her reaction, she may be upset a little that it's been 3 weeks since you've had her number, but on the other hand she'll be glad that you finally called if she wants to pursue something with you. Consider that after 3 weeks of not calling, she may not even be interested anymore. If you had really been interested (busy or not) you'd have called her before now. You are just NOW thinking to ask her out? I'd move on. At some point, some girl will give you her number and you will WANT to call her the next DAY NOT 3 weeks later and assuming you aren't playing games like the waiting game. To me you don't seem very interested. Move on is what I say.

Do you really want to screw around with someone under consenting age? Because you know, once you have sex with her.....you are her puppy. Well since she's 16 and you're 20 .. I think you should leave this one alone and find somebody that you can hang out with legally !
Oh yeah and just because she's 16 and looks older doesn't mean her mommy or daddy won't press charges when you two break up and she's crying wolf !

Well first of all if your 20 and she is 16 do you see the problem. Anyway do you think she will remember you? If your gut told you to put it off listen to it. Find someone you can actually go places with. Even if she doesn't Look 16 it she may act like it.

JAIL BAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Are you nuts? Are there no girls your own age. If you have consentual sex with her ever before shes 18 and her parents deside to report you, you have to register as a sexual offender FOREVER. 4 years is nothing when you are adults but when you are talking 16 and 20 its trouble waiting to happen. Well sjut call her......If she seemed like she really liked you when u first talked to her then theres a chance she still does......That happened to me with a guy he didn't call for 2 weeks and I thoguth I was over him but when he finally called me I relized I wasns't over him.........So just call tell her u've been busy and ur sorri but u've been thinking about her the whole time :)
