Joseph Smith is a prophet of God. He did the same as Abraham, Moses, Jeremiah, Elijah, and many other prophets from the old testament. He has raised the dead, healed the sick, brought millions closer to God, and has called the earth to repentance. He has brought forth many "Great Fruits." So why does the world want to hate him? (Please reframe from polygomy, Adam, Abraham, Jacob, Issac, Soloman, David, and many other prophets in the Bible practiced it so obviously it is of GOD).

that is the normal response of the world, to hate a prophet, the world being in a state of final apostacy. you know i think the us government stirred up those people to murder him in that jail. i take it they weren't shooting for the celestial glory.

As another LDS person, do you really think that this is the place to do this? The church discourages getting into debates and arguments. I think you should remove your question. If you want to teach the gospel, go on a mission--talk to your neighbor, be an example, don't be a jerk.

Becuase people don't like what they don't understand and many people don't want to take the time to look into the LDS church and Joseph Smith. They prefer to go around in oblivion, becuase it would take to much time and effort to do otherwise.

I know what your saying, but why do you think Catholics are wrong, why do you think Muslims are wrong, why do you think you are so right. I agree with you, but don't be so blind to human nature, you were raised a Mormon so you have no view from another religions perspective. When you learn to walk in anothers shoes, then you will be able to talk to them on a degree they can understand. Expand your paradigms.
