no.. especially if she likes to always have a boyfriend. honestly, i don't think children should date until they're 13 or 14... your friend needs to have a talk with her daughter about relationships and that she has her whole life ahead of her to be concerned with a relationship.. her daughter should be just worrying about school, make-up, friends, and all those other things instead of trying to grow up too fast.

That depends on what they do. If all they do is call eachother bf/gf, that's fine. If they just hang out on the phone and/or in public places, that's ok. If they're sneaking around and trying to get "alone time together," that's a problem, and your friend should interfere before she becomes a grandma way before she's ready to!

if yu trust her, i didnt start datin till 13 but 12 is ok if she is mature and wont let horny boys get to her and her grades and friends and family!!!

its normal for girls at that age to want a BF. girls mature faster then boys. Just make sure she is educated on sex, relationships, how to overcome sexual urges, and how guys think when they get older
