i went to cosmetology school for 2 years and i don't think it looks bad i think the color is wrong for you ... go darker you need to give more info is it too short too long too much texture ... then i could help more ... and remember we dye close we color hair...

You could dye it to a color that does go with your face. Give some more details. By looking at your avatar I can tell you have brown hair, but there are different shades of brown. Maybe you just picked a bad shade.

Try going for a haircut (if it's longer) or waiting for it to grow out (if it's shorter) but don't go to a cheap place that they don't know what they are doing. Go to a good salon.
