Yes, the next I'd say week after a woman goes through her cycle she has extra hormones and they are raging like crazy, but this is also a woman most futile time so guys be ware. (In all actuality she is extra horny 1-2 days before the end of her period)

right after the period is over...is when a woman ovulates...so that should be the horniest time but considering sperm live up to 7 days while on their cycle they may also be horny...everything is kinda squishy ya know...lay down a towel and its all good
