Cheese hamsters, bread gerbils and chutney ferrets all belong to a select group of rodents. These rodents are tasty when mixed together. Assuming what you found the European cream cheese hamster, you could mix that with the chutney ferret and then spread it on the bread gerbil. Easy and fun snack that's a real conversation starter at parties.

You need not wonder if they are dangerous or contagious. They are completely harmless. They only known enemies of said rodents is the canned ham and spaghetti noodles. Cheese hamsters are a rare creature. You are lucky to have found the European kind. Thought to be extinct until last year when a little old lady from Kentucky found one floating in her rum punch. Poor little thing.

Other species related to the Cheese hamster include: The Western pickled mink, Chinese sugared gerbil and the European Swiss cheese Guinea pig.

All are nocturnal and feed on foot fungus, toenail clippings, and soap scum. At this point, scientists are trying to find the link between these special rodents and the cockroach. They are not hopeful.

Should you find any more cheese hamsters, carefully gather it in an old sock with some toenail clippings and bring it to the nearest museum. Be sure to read up on care and upbringing of cheese hampsters if you plan on keeping them as a pet. They can be loving affectionate creatures. I am not sure if they can be litter trained. Have fun!

You probably found a chutney ferret, as they are much more common and harmless unless provoked whilst naked.
