There is this girl that I have been friends with for years. She started touching me a lot and talking a lot to me. She did this a lot lately than she used to. I begin to think she liked or wanted to become better friends but was unsure. I have now heard twice though that she does not like me, but I only heard this after I backed off. I stopped talking to her because she seemed to be playing games. Now, she sent her sister to ask if I am mad at her. Also, when I was talking to her sis about how I wanted to learn to swing dance, she suggested I partner with her sister sometime because she was taken. Are we friends or more? She is fairly flirty and a touchy-feely person, but her brother says she is not flirting. She seemed to be genuinely interested in me and now seems disappointed that I stopped talking to her. What is going on between us? What should I do also?

Maybe she just started saying that she doesnt like you because she is scared to get turned down by you or hurt by you when you stopped talking to her and when you were talking to her, she might have thought she had a chance. I would continue talking to her, wait to see how she reacts to you, and if you like her and she is acting the same as she did before, start doing little things that show her you feel the same way. Good things take time and maybe this is one of those good things that you should take the time for.

Talk to her. Straighten this whole thing out. SHe might be touchy-feely as a person, and outgoing, but on the other hand, she might really like you but is scared of rejection. Tell her you dont want to play games anymore, but dont be harsh or accusing. Good luck!

you do not talk to a girls brother about if a girl likes you because they will say anything to make you not date them because they think that you might hurt them in the long run. if you want to know if she likes you. you should ask her or at least write her a note and see what she thinks about it because of the fact that it is confusing to you and see what she says and maybe you can see what she thinks and tell her if she says yeah she likes you let her know how you feel about her or just see if she wants to hang out more because it does sound like she likes you

I think your female friend is confused about what she wants. Maybe she feels pressure to get a boyfriend, but doesn't feel ready to get one. Or maybe she's really shy. (I'm guilty of that.)
Give her space, but still be her friend. There's nothing wrong with being supportive of someone when they're a bit confused. She'll appericate you more in the end friend or boyfriend.

If she wants to be more than friends...wait for her to tell you. Otherwise...play it cool and date someone else. If she doesn't say anything about it...she doesn't want you. Girls can be touch feely sometimes...doesn't mean they "like" you.

sounds like she likes you. but they have names for girl like that. your best bet is stay away from so what if her brother an friend gets mad let her play her head games with them, wasting ur time fine a real girl friend an leave this t--- aloe.

I think that you offended her or hurt her feelings when you didnt let it go anyfurther,I think she has true feelings for you.The answer is in your heart,do you want to stay friends or do you want a relationship.Talk to her one on one and let her know how you feel.
